InTheZone

InTheZone is a free AppleScript droplet which will tell you which zones a DVD will play in. To use, simply drag a video DVD onto InTheZone's icon.

InTheZone is a wrapper for a perl script which was written by David Wright. For those of you who don't have Mac OS X, the naked perl script can be downloaded here.

Project Builder InTheZone is my first AppleScript Studio application, and about my fourth AppleScript. I have Frank Wisely to thank for getting it working properly. If you make any improvements to the source code, please send the changes to me so I can add them to the version on this page.

This is an XCode project. If you have Project Builder you may be able to compile InTheZone by creating a new project and adding these files.
